Born on 19th November 1945. Enrolled as an Advocate
in February, 1968 and practised in Punjab & Haryana High Court. Joined
Haryana Superior Judicial Service on 15.7.1981 and worked as Additional
District & Sessions Judge and District & Sessions Judge. Appointed
as permanent Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court on February 8,
1999. Transferred as Judge of High Court of Himachal Pradesh, Shimla and
joined as such on 28.2.2005. He breathed his last on 23.02.2006.
