Born on 21.4.1938.
Enrolled as Advocate on the
18.10.1962. Practised in Punjab and later on in the Joint Punjab and
Haryana High Court. Selected in the Haryana Superior Service in December,
1977. Worked as Additional District & Sessions Judge, District &
Sessions Judge, Legal Remembrancer ad Secretary to the Govt. of Haryana
and as Registrar, Punjab & Haryana High Court. Appointed as a
permanent Judge of the Punjab & Haryana High Court on 20.6.1994 and
transferred to Patna High Court on 21.7.1994. He was retransferred to
Himachal Pradesh High Court on 06.04.1996. Retired on 21.4.2000.
