Born on 28.8.1931.  Enrolled Advocate on 6.3.1962.   Practised in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh Electricity Board and appeared in all its cases Pradesh Law Journal in the year  1976.  Standing  Counsel  for Madhya  Pradesh Electricity Board and appeared in all its cases before the High  Court  various  Tribunals  and  Subordinate   Court. Standing  Counsel for the University of Sagar, Government Counsel in certain writ petitions  in  the  Calcutta  High Court.   Appointed  Additional Judge, High Court of Madhya Pradesh from 27.11.1978. Appointed permanent  Judge  from 27.5.1982.   Appointed and transferred as Chief Justice of Himachal Pradesh  High Court on 22.6.1993.  Retired on 28.8.1993.
