Born on 10th August 1924.  Enrolled as Advocate  on  the 23rd July, 1952.  Practised in the Civil Criminal, Revenue and Constitutional   matters   at   Shimla. Appointed Additional Judge of the High  Court  of  Himachal  Pradesh from 5.1.1979 (A.N.). Appointed  Permanent  Judge  on 22.6.1979. Retired on  10.8.1986.
