Born on 04.04.1943. Enrolled as an Advocate on 23.03.1967. Started practice in the District Courts of Himachal Pradesh in 1967 in Original and Appellate Civil side and thereafter shifted to the High Court of Himachal Pradesh in 1975 and practised in all braches of law. Appointed Judge of the Himachal Pradesh High Court on 25.06.1990. Transferred to Delhi High Court on 28.04.1994. Due to retire on 04.04.2005.
